Job Description
- Responsible for assuring the implementation of company’s policies & procedures concerning the set food safety & Quality standards and Hygiene.
- Responsible for delivering the full understand of the required quality practices that requested by the crew in the branch.
- Responsible for delivering convenient training programs to the staff in order to ensure the full awareness & alignment of the staff with the Quality best practices.
- Responsible for Ensuring the staff’s Implementation of the procedures of Quality, Hygiene & Food Safety and commitment to wearing the uniform, maintaining their personal cleanliness and hygiene.
- Responsible for assuring the optimum level of Maintenance activities within the concerned branches.
- Responsible for preparing track records for all Quality incidents, analyzing them, participates in solving it & finally report them to the area manager on monthly basis.
- Conduct ongoing “on-job training “for managers & staff to assure service level standards.
- Responsible for designing his work plan on monthly/weekly basis, while reviewing the quality track record of the concerned branches to be able to build a full image of the branch till date of visit.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
