Job Description
- Create weekly/monthly and quarterly social media platform plans based on marketing strategy.
- Creative social media platform content regarding marketing plan.
- Develop, implement and manage multiple social media platforms.
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Up-to date with social media trends and best practices.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
- Remove, manage and report any inappropriate problems.
- Create, develop and manage content.
- Create and deploy the online editorial plan.
- Translate articles and subjects from English into Arabic and vice versa.
- Copy-edit and proofread all social media & web content.
- Appropriate Community and social media management via forums, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Assure-based information is archived for future needs and reference.
- Work cooperatively with other department's team members.
- Keep current with emerging web technologies, blogs, and events.
- Creates a purpose, vision, and direction for the content in the first place.
- Creating and publishing engaging content, tutorials, article, technical writing, and step-by-step guides on how to use our products both in EN & AR and ensure brand consistency.
- Make sure the web content contains keywords that are related to the industry to drive relevant traffic to the websites.
- Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
- Developing content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
Job Requirements
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo / text / video).
- Presentation and communication skills.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience at digital agency is a must.
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, SEO.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Excellent writing and research skills.
- Experience in developing and deploying content.
- Experience with community management and social media.
- Attention to detail and exacting working standards.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (Additional language preferred)
- Problem analysis and problem-solving.
- Stress tolerance.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
