We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, he will be responsible for trading and promoting our range of stationery supplies and external books to both new and existing clients. This position is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of the stationery and book markets.

 

• Introduce Our Company:
Begin with a brief overview of our company’s mission, values, and the unique benefits we offer. This step sets a positive tone and builds trust.
• Download the App on the Customer's Mobile:
Assist the customer in locating and downloading our application from their mobile app store. Clear guidance and support during this step ensure a smooth download process.
• Install Tawzeea Stores App:
If the Tawzeea Stores app is a separate download, provide step-by-step instructions to install it correctly. Make sure the customer understands why this app is essential and how it complements our service.
• Create an Account for the Customer:
Help the customer set up their account by guiding them through the registration process. This might involve filling out personal details, choosing a username, and setting up security features.
• Teach How to Place an Order:
Walk the customer through the ordering process within the app. Explain how to navigate the catalog, add items to the cart, and proceed through checkout. Offering a live demo or a guided tutorial can boost their confidence.
• Let the Customer Place Their First Order:
Finally, encourage the customer to place their first order with your assistance readily available to answer any questions. This hands-on experience solidifies their understanding and comfort with the app.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
