Job Description

  • Assist in preparation of the daily cash position and forecasting short-term liquidity needs
  • Support the processing of payments, fund transfers and cash positioning activities and handles the day-to-day banks’ operations
  • Help maintain banking records and ensure up-to-date bank accounts’ information
  • Ensure compliance with bank covenants and documentation
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and banks
  • Preparation of treasury reports
  • Maintain and organize treasury documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the company’s policies
  • Follow up on the customers’ collections and monitor disbursements and payments
  • Monitor Escrow accounts
  • Follow up on debt payments and ensure the payments of all dues in respect of the facilities  
  • Follow up on the Relevant Securities & Covenants in respect of the facilities
  • Support the preparation of treasury-related audit documentation and reporting packages
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams on month-end closing tasks related to treasury
  • Assist in implementing treasury process improvements and internal controls

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or any related field
  • Basic understanding of corporate cash flows, banking operations and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of ERP or treasury systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
