Job Description
Our Client is a Government Company
Gross Monthly Salary: 32000 EGP
Main Duties:
- Represent the company in any legal suits
- Accomplish litigation matters that are handled by external counsels
- Drafting and interpretation of all legal documents and agreements
- Advise internally the legal Manager on HR issues concerning contract of employment, penalty policies, staff regulations and all other items required under Egyptian Law
- Deal with any matters of employment law which may arise
- Represent the company in criminal and civil litigation
- Draw up legal documents
- Manage legal transactions
Job Requirements
Knowledge & Experience:
- Advanced degree in law / professional certificate
- At least 15 years practicing as a Legal Manager /Director in a corporate company
- Experience in tenders and contracts (construction & commercial contracts)
- Experience in textile contracts is desirable
