Job Description
• Serve as the primary contact for procurement related questions, training, policy and procedure interpretation and alignment by all departments and oversee contract development and administration
• Improve indirect procurement programs to add value and efficiency to the organization • Oversee and advise on processing of purchase orders, bids and proposal
• Develop sourcing and procurement activities that support key business objectives
• Implement best practices in procurement and supplier management
• Work with category management, key markets, suppliers and solutions to support procurement strategy development purposes
• Develop and communicate a procurement business plan; establish, communicate and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency
• Ensure development of proper supply planning of different products and services and oversee and negotiate demand requirements of supplies in different business units
• Develop and execute a long-term strategy to facilitate improvements for Procurement services and ensure consistent and high-quality value delivery
• Oversee the development and execution of procurement strategies across all categories including targets, timelines and resource plans
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Supply Chain, Procurement or Engineering, similar
- Minimum 10 years in Procurement Management and Supply Chain
- Experience with sourcing, indirect procurement, supplier management
- Experience in FMCG, Agriculture or similar industries
- Practical experience with procurement software (SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc,)
- Worked in multinational or international companies
