Job Description
- Managing and reviewing the designs required from the consultant project.
- Attending the progress meeting, discuss, and suggest technical proposals for the consultant.
- Coordinating with technical engineering departments about design requirements and tendering.
- Participating in the preparation of the technical and commercial proposals and the tender documentation.
- Reviewing the shop drawings.
- Reviewing material-technical data- sheets to submit and material inspection requests.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering -Architecture.
- Experience from 5 to 7 years in the same position
- Excellent use of AutoCAD/ Revit as professional.
- Experience in the Real Estate Developer Technical office field is a Plus
- Good command of English Language (written & spoken).
