Job Description
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Handle journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Support the finance team in monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Work closely with auditors and provide necessary documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
