Job Description
- Supervises the dispatch of delivery routes on time, in coordination with the Head of the Transportation Unit, Head of the Warehouse Unit, and the invoice issuer, and follows up on delivery to customers.
- Resolves customer delivery issues for undelivered orders.
- Carries out necessary reconciliations and transfers damaged goods to the expired products warehouse.
- Ensures that no orders remain overnight with the distributors.
- Follows up on the implementation of the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system during order preparation in the warehouses.
- Conducts regular inventory of slow-moving items and reports them to the Purchasing Department.
- Follows up on the implementation of quality management policies, ensures adherence to the contents of received documents, and sends monthly checklists.
- Responsible for monitoring compliance with all quality requirements, GDP (Good Distribution Practices), GSP (Good Storage Practices), and adherence to official SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) issued by the Quality Department.
- Maintains regular communication with the Drug Authority to stay updated on circulars, monitors updates from the Drug Authority and pharmacy inspections, and oversees the recall process of products from customers until they reach the main warehouses.
- Follows up on the visits of the expired goods storekeeper to customers for writing "Al-Exir" (product disposal reports).
- Oversees the replacement of warehouse keys and locks in case any employee holding a copy resigns.
- Coordinates with the Head of Logistics on invoices and distributed cash.
- Sends customer return reports to the direct manager.
- Follows up on the monthly inventory count at the warehouse and reconciles physical stock with the system.
- Takes corrective actions in accordance with work procedures and regulations during stocktaking.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from Pharmacy
- Minimum Experience 2 years
- (professional association) membership card is required.
