Job Description
End-User Support Tasks:
Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Windows desktop environments, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, email clients, antivirus software, and other installed applications.
Server Support and Maintenance Tasks:
Manage and maintain server hardware and software, including Windows Server 2019 and newer versions.
Administer Active Directory, file servers, SQL databases, terminal servers, and related infrastructure.
Job Requirements
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
- Preferred: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and MS SQL administration experience.
- Good Communication skills (preferred excellent)
