Job Description
Leading Process and Quality Improvement
Business Process Management: You'll oversee the company's business processes. This includes designing new processes, improving existing ones, and making sure they align with company policies. You will analyze how things are currently done, identify areas for improvement, and get management approval for changes.
Quality Assurance (QA) and Auditing: You'll be in charge of the company's QA program. This involves setting up quality standards for different teams, conducting audits to make sure those standards are met, and creating a training program for the QA team.
Performance Monitoring: You will set up systems to monitor the performance of both employees and processes. This might involve creating reports, observing work, and conducting surveys. You will also define the key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Leading Digital Transformation
Process Automation: Your role is to identify business processes that can be automated to improve efficiency, especially those that directly affect customers. You'll analyze the current process, choose the best software or tool for automation, test the new process with stakeholders, and then implement it.
Maintaining Automated Processes: After a process is automated, you'll be responsible for monitoring and authorizing any necessary changes to ensure it continues to run smoothly.
Leading Risk and Incident Management
Risk Management: You will set up and manage a framework to identify, track, and mitigate potential risks to the business.
Complaints and Incident Management: You'll create a system for handling customer complaints and incidents, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and fairly.
Managing the Team
Team Leadership: You'll be responsible for all aspects of team management, including hiring, training, and developing employees. You will set goals, conduct performance reviews, and address any performance issues. You'll also manage the department's budget and create a succession plan for key roles.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or in any related studies or degrees.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing QA & Audit and Processes departments.
- Medical background is highly preferred
- Fluent English Language “ Is a Must”
- Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Audit Certifications is a plus
- Proven experience in designing and automating business processes
- Proven experience in supervising and implementing internal Audit frameworks.
- Proven experience in managing projects related to compliance with International Best Practices
