We are looking for a creative, action-oriented, results-driven marketer who will design and execute marketing & sales campaigns.

- In this role, you will need to work on the growth hacking funnel and use nontraditional ways for maximising customer acquisition, increasing conversion and reducing churn rate.
- Effectively execute brand marketing campaigns.
- Hire, lead and manage a marketing team, spanning all marketing disciplines to build and execute growth strategies.
- Take an active role in PPC budgeting and digital/media planning.
- Create offline and digital marketing strategies for users and healthcare provider’s acquisition.
- Actively participate in executing ideas that will achieve a J-curve in growth.
- Develop, test, and scale next-generation marketing tactics that are aligned with prioritised business goals.
- Collaborate with Product Management and optimise predictive and/or personalization models to identify leads and/or elevate the customer experience.
- Propose new and creative approaches to retaining, upselling, and cross-selling customers and converting leads.
- Analyse performance of campaigns on a daily/weekly basis and use this data to constantly evolve and improve results.
- Define, execute, analyse and optimise A/B tests.
- Report and present on KPIs related to campaign performance and business impact (e.g., revenue, ROI, customer LTV, CAC, ARPU, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Excellent English - written & spoken.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Team player
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
