Job Title: Sales SupportLocation: DubaiSalary: AED 7,000 – 8,000Job Code: 083/002/943Industry: ManufacturingJob Brief:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support professional to join a leading manufacturing company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in assisting the sales team with administrative, logistical, and client-facing tasks to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities:Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, sales reports, and order confirmations.Coordinate with internal departments (such as logistics, finance, and production) to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and CRM systems.Handle customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure client satisfaction.Support in organizing sales meetings, preparing presentation materials, and documenting minutes.Track sales targets and performance metrics and report results to sales management.Process purchase orders and ensure accuracy in documentation and system entries.Liaise with the finance team for billing and payment follow-ups.Prepare reports related to inventory, client feedback, and order status.Assist in coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events when required.Job Requirements:High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in a sales support, admin, or coordination role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Knowledge of ERP or CRM software is an advantage.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and solution-driven.
