Role Description
Real Estates Sales Manager is needed to be hired in our Head office in Alexandria.
Job duties:
-Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Target oriented.
- Playing a strategic role in the team.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees and management on matters pertaining to employee relations.
- Delivering and facilitating training programs for sales team.
- Help the team to negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize mutual interest.
- Forecast Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly revenue expectations with predictability.
Job Requirements
-Located in Alexandria
-Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and marketing.
-Real estate development background is preferred
-Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve exceptional results and targets
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Sales skills, including lead generation and sales strategy development
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
