Job Description
- Lead and manage all factory operations including production, technical, maintenance, quality, planning, HR, compliance, and support functions.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets, delivery deadlines, and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with international labor standards, health & safety, and buyer codes of conduct.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Monitor KPIs across efficiency, on-time delivery, waste reduction, and employee performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop departmental heads and ensure strong leadership pipelines.
- Manage factory budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.
- Act as the main contact for global brand customers during factory visits, audits, and reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork across the factory.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in garment manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior operations leadership role (Factory Manager / Senior Operations Head).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale garment production facilities supplying international brands.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, production planning, quality systems, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities (local and international).
- Fluency in English; experience working with multinational teams and clients is a plus.
