Job Description
- A highly skilled Mechanical and Utilities Maintenance Engineer with over 4 years of hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Mechanical Maintenance systems and utility infrastructure.
- Responsible for ensuring optimal performance and reliability of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, chilled water systems, compressed air systems, and other utility services across Zewail City's facilities.
- Works closel with the Facilities Management team to implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs, support sustainability initiatives, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Mechanical and utilities maintenance, preferably in an academic, research, or institutional setting.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Utilities Maintenance systems, chilled water networks, pumps, compressors, and control systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and building automation.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
