Job Description
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans to achieve sales and growth targets in the local and regional markets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Design and manage innovative marketing campaigns, including advertising campaigns, agricultural exhibitions, workshops, and seminars for farmers and distributors.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials such as catalogs, brochures, and social media content.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to enhance customer loyalty and expand the customer base.
- Monitor product performance in the market and gather feedback from customers and farmers to improve products or offer alternative solutions.
- Provide technical support to farmers and customers by explaining the optimal usage of products (fertilizers, pesticides, soil conditioners).
- Supervise field demonstrations and trials to evaluate product performance and prepare accurate technical reports.
- Conduct technical training for the sales team and distributors on product features and application recommendations.
- Follow up on product registration processes according to local agricultural regulations and Ministry of Agriculture requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to product use and provide practical and effective solutions.
- Handle technical complaints and provide appropriate solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
