Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in New Cairo.
The needed candidate will provide customer support, effective communication, and customer service, and manage contact center operations and inbound calls.
- Two Fixed Shift: from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM and from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 rotational days/Week.
Job Requirements
