Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in New Cairo.

The needed candidate will provide customer support, effective communication, and customer service, and manage contact center operations and inbound calls.

 

- Two Fixed Shift: from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM and from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM

- Days Off: 2 rotational days/Week.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of English
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Customer Support, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Contact Centers
  • Computer Literacy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle challenging situations
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
