Job Description
Job Aim: Provide scientific support for clients and other departments.
- Providing scientific and technical on-site training on the company products and equipment.
- Troubleshooting remotely and on site for any issues related to our products/ equipment as well regularly follow up with customers to ensure validity if the results and the proper functioning of the equipment.
- Writing full proposals and providing technical documents for mega projects to customers and internal departments.
- Provide biweekly internal training on our products, techniques, features, etc.
- Participating and arrange for workshops and conferences.
- Performing regular visits for clients for follow ups.
- Providing any technical and scientific support to sales team.
- Assist in creating market needs/ demand with cooperation with Sales and Sales support teams.
Job Requirements
Education and Experiances:
- Master’s Degree (Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy)
- Years of Experience: 3-4
Technical Skills:
- Medical Equipment technical knowledge.
- Laboratory skills.
- Ability to search and strive for technical and scientific information.
Skills and Competencies:
- Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Persuasion and presentation skills.
- Multitasking and Time Management.
- Knowledge seeker.
Language and Computer Skills:
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Fluent Arabic
