Job Description

  • Ensure that all marketing activity is on message and on brand across multiple channels, including digital, visual, print, events and merchandise.
  • Working with the Heads, Education Design Strategist, and Admissions team, to refresh existing marketing strategy to ensure that it aligns with the School Development Plan
  • Keep up to date with regional market trends, competitor offerings and the impact of the School’s marketing activity, using that research to determine future objectives and feed into the School’s strategic direction
  • Effectively manage Marketing Staff, ensuring open communication, alignment of activity to marketing objectives. Support professional development and growth of marketing team members.
  • Ensure consistent and close communication with the Head, the Board and Repton Family of schools
  • Build positive relationships with academic and support staff across the School to ensure good two-way flow of information, education and marketing knowledge.
  • Develop marketing plans, publicity and external communications, including website, signage and social media to enhance the school’s reputation.
  • Prepare and align the annual marketing plan with Executive Leadership. 
  • Develop and execute a monthly activity calendar in line with the approved plan. 
  • Prepare the annual marketing budget in conjunction with Executive Leadership.
  • Maintain regular communications with current and prospective families with the online newsletter and all other channels of communications. 
  • Execute a PR & Outreach strategy which ensures deals with companies, nurseries, and any possible collaborations.

Job Requirements

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field.
  • A master's degree in a relevant field will be preferable.
  • At least three years' experience as a Marketing Manager.
  • Proven work experience in Digital marketing.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
