Job Description
- Lead the design and analysis of complex and innovative scaffolding and formwork solutions for a variety of construction projects
- Take ownership of the complete design process, from initial concept through to detailed drawings, calculations, and method statements.
- Conduct thorough site assessments and collaborate closely with project stakeholders to define project-specific requirements and constraints
- Oversee the preparation and review of detailed design drawings, calculations, material lists, and method statements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Review and approve shop drawings and calculations submitted by contractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, material efficiency, and ease of installation and dismantling.
- Develop and implement internal design standards, procedures, and best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of the engineering designs.
- Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all designs adhere to stringent health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering - Civil Department
- Experience (3-5 Years) in Scaffolding and Formwork
- Proficiency usage of AutoCAD, SAP and Office
- Teamwork & Time management skills
- Ability to Make optimum formwork design for all vertical & horizontal elements of the building ( Dwgs + item list)
- Ability to make optimum design for fixed, mobile & suspended scaffolding (Dwgs + item list).
- Ability to prepare calculation sheet for formwork & scaffolding.
- Ability to prepare Erection Dwgs for formwork & scaffolding.
