Job Description
- Take operation decision to achieve sales targets, report market feedbacks and competition information to management for review and decision-making.
- Maximize profitable sales, and attains the established sales targets.
- Prepare required reports on sales activity in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide quotes/estimates to customers, establish relationships with existing customers and bring in new customers.
- Develop the company’s relations with customers, and establishes / reinforces personal and company credibility.
- Ensure product orders placed by customers are fulfilled in a timely, cost-effective manner, and provides order status updates to customers
- Participate actively in the resolution of complaints filed by customers, and ensure complaints are escalated when required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field - AUC, GUC, MIU university is MUST
- Required Industry Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Excellent command of English
