Job Description
- Greet customers and provide information on products
- Ensure racks/shelves are fully stocked and display guidelines are followed
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- Cross-sell products as often as possible
- Assist in the operation of cash registers as needed
