Job Description


-Provide on-site support for client networks, PCs, and other IT equipment.

-Install, configure, test, and maintain network hardware, software, and devices.

-Troubleshoot and resolve network, PC, and IT issues in a timely and professional manner.

-Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using domain controller.

-Monitor and report on network performance, security, and availability.

-Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for IT-related services and products.

-Document and update IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

-Follow ITIL and ITSM frameworks and standards for IT service delivery and management.

Job Requirements


-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university.

-2-3 years of experience in IT field service, network administration, or similar role.

-Proficient in network protocols, standards, and technologies, such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, etc.

-Familiar with network devices and equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc.

-Skilled in PC administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, using Windows.

-Knowledge of domain controller and user administration, using Active Directory or similar tools.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure and with minimal supervision.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

-Willingness to travel to different sites and locations as needed.
