Job Description
- Senior HVAC Design Engineer will be responsible for engineering design from schematic stage through the tender package of all type of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems. These systems are designed to fit building specifications for new constructions and are individually designed for retrofitting older buildings. The building involved are all types e.g. Residential, commercial, healthcare, restaurants, hotels etc.
- The job description also include shop drawings and coordination works, bill of Quantities and technical specs.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 7-12 professional experience in Mechanical/ HVAC working drawing and detailed design with design consultancy firms.
- Must be an expert user of Revit and AutoCAD.
- Familiar with Gulf & International Code Standards.
- Wide projects experience in Gulf area especially in Hotels.
- Expert with Design Consultant Firms.
