Job Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Civil Structural Design Engineer located in 6th of October. As a Senior Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing complex structural engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring projects are completed to high standards of safety, quality, and timeliness.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include project management, team coordination, design review, technical report writing, prepares and issues specifications, calculation sheets, BOQ , MOM and working collaboratively with other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
Coordinate the work of the project team with other engineering disciplines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
- Extensive knowledge of structural design codes and standards and the ability to apply them to a variety of projects.
- Strong proficiency in relevant software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS SAP2000, Prokon, ...etc.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively on interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work on multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the Middle East is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required
