Job Description
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards, performing the required safety audits according to company safety policy.
- To Set weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Check production output according to specifications.
- Submit reports on performance and progress.
- Identify issues in production line efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Coordinates and monitors the flow of production orders for the floor; can forecast work and notice potential problems in workflow.
- Monitors inventory and production schedules, checks logs, and receives incoming materials.
- Stock control and perform the required raw materials and spare parts plans.
- coordinate equipment repairs around production schedules.
- Directs daily operations of the production team, schedule, and process for maximum efficiency.
- Participate in development projects and support the needed drawings.
