Job Description
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products, working with Group Marketing Manager and General Manager.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products Egypt.
- Direct the training and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
- Consult with Sales Manager on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.
- Compile lists describing product offered by Egypt.
- Select products and accessories to be displayed at trade or special events.
- Coordinate with legal staff to resolve problems, such as copyright infringement, ensure that all products are covered under appropriate certification or registered patents.
- Manage and participate in preparation of budgets for marketing department.
- Manage market research relating to paints and its related product and analyze their findings.
- Provide recommendation to management on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct economic and commercial surveys within Egypt and outside Egypt to identify potential markets for the products of Egypt.
- Manage signboard and other advertisement board installation at customer location.
- Manage the creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Come across with sponsor and other NGO’s for sponsorship of the programs and donations.
- Oversee the source of advertising opportunities and placement of advertisement in the press, magazines, TV and other source.
- Build relations with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
- Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions inside and outside Egypt for promoting Egypt’s product.
- Review and approved Marketing department documentation and ensure the completeness of such documents and proper recording of the same.
- Create and present suitable Marketing Plan for each product family or segment, in collaboration with the sales Managers and according to the needs of each target market.
- Prepare periodic reports elaborating the market situation and actions taken and achieved results
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English is must.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft is a must.
- Strong communication skills
