Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare the Departmental Annual Operational Plan to be discussed with & reviewed by the HR Manager.
- Handling the entire recruitment process to ensure suitable calibers are selected for job vacancies.
- Handle the implementation of the training plan and champion training programs to meet training needs and measure training effectiveness through analyzing Training Outcomes.
- Coordinate Performance Management processes to ensure that employees are developed, retained and fairly assessed.
- Provide guidance to staff whenever needed to ensure that the HR & company policies are followed as such.
- Conduct exit interviews when needed.
- Update all company policies and procedures on regular basis.
- Organize company Motivational Events & Activities.
- Supervise departmental administrative tasks (ISO Documentation, filing system …etc.).
Job Requirements
- BA degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A 3+ Years of relevant Experience preferably in Manufacturing field.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work independently, with little direct supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written /verbal communication and organization skills
