Job Description

  • Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.
  • Investigate and determine clients wants and needs.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy for assigned clients.
  • Present and train on social media strategies to clients.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Prepare and present reports.
  • Determining client needs by conducting in-person or electronic meetings to outline their digital goals.
  • Overseeing the client's online presence and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience as a digital account manager, or a similar role.
  • A previous experience managing medical accounts is preferred.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, presentation abilities, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media and digital platforms, digital best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management.
