Job Description
- Creating and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with clients to build trust.
- Investigate and determine clients wants and needs.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy for assigned clients.
- Present and train on social media strategies to clients.
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Prepare and present reports.
- Determining client needs by conducting in-person or electronic meetings to outline their digital goals.
- Overseeing the client's online presence and identifying areas of improvement.
- Acting as a point of contact for clients to address any digital management queries or concerns.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 2 years of experience as a digital account manager, or a similar role.
- A previous experience managing medical accounts is preferred.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Strong listening, negotiation, presentation abilities, and analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of social media and digital platforms, digital best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management.
