Job Description
- Production Planning:
- Analyze orders and estimate raw materials and resources needed.
- Develop accurate production schedules and plans to meet demands and achieve set goals.
- Production Monitoring:
- Track and monitor production processes for compliance with standards and procedures.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve work harmony.
- Quality and Safety Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance procedures and monitor production stages to guarantee product quality.
- Ensure the application of health and safety practices throughout production processes.
- Team Management:
- Lead and supervise the team, delegating tasks among team members.
- Provide ongoing training and development for employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Reports and Analysis:
- Prepare periodic reports on production performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions.
Job Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production operations management within the food industry.
- Other Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of quality, safety, and occupational health standards in the food industry.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to guide and communicate with the team.
