Job Description
- The Accounts Receivable and Collections Manager position is responsible for ensuring accounts receivables convert to collected cash on a timely basis.
- Responsibilities include managing the AR portfolio to ensure timeliness of collections, overseeing cash applications and reporting, and building strong partnerships with both internal professionals and clients.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience
- Highly developed written, verbal communication, interpersonal, and technical skills
- Fluent in Arabic. English as 2nd language
- Goal-oriented and strong attention to detail and quality of execution
- Enjoy a dynamic environment and be confident when juggling multiple priorities
- Confident in dealing with company & client personnel at all levels
- Must have own car
- Assess the effectiveness of current processes to identify ways to improve the timeliness of payments
- Develop and maintain high-quality processes, lead analysts, and work effectively across the Ardaman organization to identify and resolve operational challenges that could potentially impact the invoicing of our clients and cash collections
- Drive cash forecasting and report on trends
- Recruit and hire team members, as necessary, who can work independently and deliver high-quality results consistently
