Job Description
The Accounts Receivable and Collections Manager position is responsible for ensuring accounts receivables convert to collected cash on a timely basis. Responsibilities include managing the AR portfolio to ensure timeliness of collections, overseeing cash applications and reporting, and building strong partnerships with both internal professionals and clients.
Job Requirements
3+ years of work experience
Highly developed written, verbal communication, interpersonal, and technical skills
Fluent in Arabic. English as 2nd language
Goal-oriented and strong attention to detail and quality of execution
Enjoy a dynamic environment and be confident when juggling multiple priorities
Confident in dealing with company & client personnel at all levels
Must have own car
Assess the effectiveness of current processes to identify ways to improve the timeliness of payments
Develop and maintain high-quality processes, lead analysts, and work effectively across the Ardaman organization to identify and resolve operational challenges that could potentially impact the invoicing of our clients and cash collections
Drive cash forecasting and report on trends
Recruit and hire team members, as necessary, who can work independently and deliver high-quality results consistently
