Job Description

  • The company owns a digital  plateform as web site and mobile app either android or iphone , where the platform is concerned with everything related to the poultry , animal, agricultural, fish and purebred Arabian horses, and what is required of the sales employee is to make direct contact with the target companies to offer them the services of subscription to the platform and the announcement of his products and subscription On the plateform as an official sponsorship  customer .( note ; in the interview everything will be declared )
  • You will sell sponsorship and Ads placements to our partners
  • You will set and attend meeting with our partners
  • The companies you will deal with are already introduced to our company
  • You will deal with companies in the agriculture field
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Meet assigned quotas, sales objectives and behavior goals as assigned.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or returns.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Researching the target market and finding companies to target.
  • Achieving the monthly target
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a fluent English Speaker
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills a must.
  • Self-directed problem solver with a demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize
  • Listening skills—proven experience listening to customer feedback and adjusting to meet needs
  • Minimum of 3 years proven success in inside sales of advertising or services
  • Digital, software sales/service experience
  • Experience in relationship-based selling
  • Experience in developing new business from prospects as well as the existing customer base
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to use online tools, CRM software, and MS Office
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
  • Preferred a car owner.
