Job Description
- Increasing customer awareness about lighting and its practical applications and the company's products and brand.
- Participation in developing and implementing marketing plans, whether for events or marketing campaigns for the company or for marketing of newly released products.
- Coordination and supervision of all advertising companies' activities related to marketing activities.
- Develop and execute media buying strategies to achieve campaign objectives, considering target audience, budget, and media channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to allocate media buyer budget effectively, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Coordinate visual materials ideas and execution with the design team.
- Researching, negotiating, and closing deals with advertising materials design companies to achieve marketing objectives and reduce costs.
- Collecting marketing data, analyzing data, and translating the results into marketing recommendations to increase the efficiency of marketing plans, give warning indicators, and determine the best pricing strategies, whether for the local or international market.
- Participate in the distribution of the marketing budget to achieve the required marketing objectives.
- Organizing and participating in marketing events and representing the company in local and international exhibitions.
- Using different sources to analyze data, whether paid or free on social media.
- Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize reach, frequency, and engagement.
- Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial targets.
- Conducting market research and audience analysis to inform media buying decisions. This includes industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media opportunities to capitalize on new market developments.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
- 3-4 years of experience preferably in E-commerce.
- Media Planning and Media Strategy skills
- Fluent English language
- Analytical Skills for data interpretation
- Strong Communication skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting.
- Familiarity with media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other analytic tools.
- Experience with all social media platforms.
- Budget Management Manage media budgets efficiently, overseeing the allocation of funds across various channels.
