Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or messages from customers in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Meet performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • C1 level in French and B2 in English
  • Grad
  • Required English Level: C1 level in French and B2 in English 
  • Location: Maadi – Tech Park
  • Transportation: Provided both ways (Door to door for girls after 9PM)
  • Shifts: Rotational shifts 24/7 ..
  • Interview Mode: Virtual
  • Starting date: 5th Sep
