Job Description
- Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, or messages from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
- Meet performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
