Job Description
1. Conduct research on B2B market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
2. Analyze data using statistical tools and methodologies, identifying patterns and trends to inform innovation insights and assessments.
3. Generate reports, highlight insights and provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making
4. Communicate research findings and recommendations
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B market research, analysis, or a related role
3.Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail; ability to interpret datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
4. Good understanding of the SaaS business model
5. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
7. Familiarity with innovation trends, market dynamics, and industry benchmarking practices is highly desirable
