Key Responsibilities
1.
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with company goals, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data, Creative, and Engineering) to drive cohesive and effective growth plans.
• Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
2.
User Acquisition
• Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, programmatic, influencer marketing, etc.).
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to improve ad performance and user acquisition funnel efficiency.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while scaling new user acquisition efforts globally.
3.
Retention and Engagement
• Develop lifecycle marketing strategies, including in-app messaging, push notifications, and email campaigns, to enhance user retention and engagement.
• Work closely with the product and live-ops teams to design features and events that drive player loyalty and repeat play.
• Analyze user behavior and segmentation to tailor personalized experiences.
4.
Monetization
• Collaborate with the monetization and product teams to align growth efforts with in-app purchases (IAP) and ad monetization strategies.
• Optimize pricing strategies, promotions, and virtual economy design to maximize revenue.
5.
Data and Analytics
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth and regularly report progress to executive leadership.
• Leverage data analytics tools to uncover insights, measure campaign performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Build predictive models and dashboards to forecast growth and revenue trends.

Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of growth marketing and analytics professionals.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team culture.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Key Skills
• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or related roles within the gaming, mobile app, or entertainment industries.
• Deep understanding of mobile gaming KPIs, app store optimization (ASO), and user behavior analytics.
• Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) and marketing automation tools (Braze, Iterable, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Looker.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and scale marketing budgets while driving positive ROI.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and growing high-performing teams.
• Passion for mobile gaming and understanding of player motivations and market trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience launching games in multiple regions, particularly North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Familiarity with live-ops and seasonal event planning in games.
• Background in gaming or mobile app product management is a plus.
