Job Description

Reports To:

CEO (for Ticks & Picks revenue)

COO/CTO (for Giraffez commercial services)

Team Scope:

Can be split into 2 focused streams (same manager or with support later):

  1.  B2B Sales – Creative Services (Giraffez)
  2.  B2C Sales – Subscriptions, Sponsorships, Affiliates (Ticks & Picks)

 Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Strategy & Sales Pipeline

  •  Build and execute commercial strategy for both platform-based monetization and creative agency services
  •   Lead all sales efforts including:
  •   Subscriptions: convert free users to paying customers
  •   Sponsorships: onboard banks, brokers, fintechs, and research houses as sponsors
  •   Affiliates: recruit and manage influencer/affiliate network
  •  Giraffez Client Services: pitch and close deals for branded video/podcast production, motion graphics, etc.
  •  Coordinate closely with Marketing & Media Production to create client-facing pitch materials
  •  Identify upselling opportunities and recurring B2B contracts

2. Partnership Development

  •  Negotiate and manage key partnerships with brokers, banks, and fintech firms
  •  Forge reseller/white-label agreements for Giraffez services
  •  Oversee referral arrangements with external partners (e.g. research providers)

3. Revenue Operations & Reporting

  •  Track revenue KPIs across both divisions
  •  Maintain CRM system and sales funnel visibility
  •  Report monthly sales performance and client conversion data to executive team

Job Requirements

Skills & Background Required:

  •   3–5 years in sales, partnerships, or business development — ideally in media, fintech, or SaaS
  •   Strong understanding of sales pipelines, B2B contracting, and subscription-based revenue models
  •    Confident communicator, excellent closer, experienced in cold outreach and presentations
  •    Arabic and English fluency
  •    Basic knowledge of trading/finance space is a plus
  •     Strong interest in the intersection of content, fintech, and community platforms
