Job Overview:
As a Senior Business Development Commercial Specialist, he will play a key role in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities across retail, sports clubs, shopping malls, and new development projects. This role involves market research, stakeholder engagement, and helping to develop strategies that drive business expansion. He will support senior team members in building partnerships, negotiating deals, and implementing initiatives that enhance the company’s presence in these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in the retail, sports clubs, and new commercial developments sectors.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer needs.
- Support the development of business proposals, presentations, and financial models for potential deals.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including property developers, retail brands, and sports organizations.
- Help negotiate and close commercial deals under the supervision of senior managers.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., marketing, finance, legal) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring they meet commercial goals and timelines.
- Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and developments, recommending adjustments as needed.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., MBA, PMP) is a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields, preferably in retail, sports, or commercial real estate.
- Experience in market research and analysis, with a focus on consumer behavior and industry trends.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and building partnerships.
- Proficiency in creating business proposals, presentations, and financial models.
- Negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
