Ensuring that the food is of the high quality and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Able to manage a small team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, culinary skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver effective customer service and assist customers throughout the day as per the standards and guidelines to promote sales.Stocking shelves with items such as fruits and vegetables.Responsible for preparing the section to trade before store opening as per standards of cleanliness and hygiene.Display the product based on FIFO and ensure that damaged or expired product are removed from the shelves.Coordinate in obtaining stock from the warehouse to the selling area and replenish stock as per the display guidelines.Maintain self-hygiene standards and adhere to the uniform policy.Ensure that waste/damaged goods are properly recorded for stock accuracy.Ensure that prices are accurate and clearly visible to the customer.Required skills & Qualifications:Attentiveness and patience for customers.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.Active listening and effective communication skillsTeam spiritFlexibility to work in shifts.Must be proficient to communicate in English.
