Chef de partie gardemange

The Garde Manger Chef is responsible for the preparation and presentation of cold dishes such as salads, appetizers, pâtés, terrines, and cold sauces. This role requires strong skills in knife work, plating, and food decoration. The chef ensures all cold food items are made to high standards of quality and hygiene, working under the supervision of the Executive Chef and in coordination with other kitchen stations.
