Job Description
- Coordinates with the clients regarding their properties to be appraised.
- Conducts ocular inspection on the properties that are being mortgaged.
- Plots the technical description of the land described on the title.
- Makes researches and investigations on the properties.
- Inquire about the pricing such as recent market value and zonal valuation of the area where the property is located
- Compute the land area and floor area of the property and make price recommendation on the loanable value of the property.
- Ability to understand the market fair value, and diminution in value to real property.
