Job Description
Primary and operating functions
- Managing Field Force Department and establishing a clear structure / processes / responsibilities
- Planning in Field Force Department and monitoring of plans implementation.
- Analysis and planning of budget of the Field Force Department, individual territories jointly with the Regional managers.
- Control of budget implementation.
- Managing the regional managers and medical representatives (recruitment, training, work with corporate culture and personal motivation).
- Control of quality of performance and reporting of Regional managers and medical representatives.
- Optimization of reporting and planning systems, activity of representatives and Regional managers.
- Implementation of the work plan and timely correction of the tactics, jointly with Marketing Department.
- Participation in the development and holding trainings for employees, coaching.
- Launching new products (communicate information on the new products of the Company), jointly with the Marketing Department.
- Preparation of monthly, cyclical, annual work plans of the Field Force Department and its approval by the Head of the Representative Office.
- Conducting weekly control of work planning of the Field Force Department personnel assigned to him/her, as well as based on their reports - control of their activities.
- Responsibility for performing business correspondence in the appropriate ethical and professional level.
- Cooperation with the key health authorities.
- Building internal and external communications within the Company.
- Development of corporate culture and standards in accordance with the mission and core values of the Company.
- Furnishing with any additional information or report upon request of the Head of the Representative Office or Head Office.
- Compliance with ethical standards and business ethics, including observance of discipline, appropriate dress code and standards of professional conduct.
Job Requirements
- Higher education degree (Medical or Pharmaceutical), MBA is preferable
- 4 - 10 years experience in the same position
- Multinational experience is an asset
- Fully aware of MS Office, CRM Systems.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/ healthcare market
- Basic knowledge of marketing
