Job Description
- Preparing invoices and claims according to contract provisions.
- Prepare shop drawings and design coordination.
- Quantity Survey & variation order.
- Reviews and Assist in the preparation of technical submissions to the Clients
- Defining quality procedures
- Ensure all work meets the contract specifications and standard of excellence of the Joint Venture.
- Study all tender documents
- Prepare a project brief
- Prepare and compile the BOQ in accordance with Tender instructions
- Compare and contrast between tender specifications and drawings
- Attend tender site visit and prepare report
- Contact suppliers and subcontractors for offer
Job Requirements
- Applied Arts / Fine Arts / Interior Design / Architecture bachelor degree
- 3:5 years of experience
- Quality Control Background is preferred
- Tendering Background is preferred
- Wood works & Manufacturing Facilities Background is a must
- V.Good English
- Job Conditions
- working hours : 9:00 AM To 4:00 PM
- Days off : Friday
- Location : 3rd settlement - New Cairo
