Job Description
- Work with Retail Area Managers & Call Center team leaders to conduct training plan for the Retail department.
- Implement Training Plan per each year.
- Conduct training for all Call Center Agent and Retail Representative based on the plan
- Prepare soft skills and product knowledge materials (course outlines, background material, Vendor instructional materials, and training aids).
- Conduct on-boarding session for all the New Hires.
- Providing training sessions about all Raya Trade portfolio (Mobile- Home Appliances- TV’s – Laptop’s,..etc.)
- Monitor and present employees’ performance.
- Develop and maintain documents for various processes, assist in preparing appropriate development plans.
Job Requirements
Interpersonal Skills:
- Proven experience as trainer in electronics industries.
- Good understanding of various teaching methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in MS Office especially PowerPoint.
- Experience with an e-learning software is an asset.
- Good time-management skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
- Complete TOT program is recommended.
- Excellent understanding of operation procedures.
