Key Responsibilities
- Patient Coordination:
- Receive patient cases from the Call Center and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Guide patients through every step of their treatment and surgical journey.
- Travel & Logistics:
- Arrange patient flight bookings, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Personally manage airport pickups and ensure patients are comfortably settled.
- Surgery Cycle Management:
- Schedule and confirm surgery dates and times with medical staff.
- Assign and coordinate a dedicated nurse for each patient during their stay.
- Ensure all pre-surgery requirements and preparations are completed.
- Post-Surgery Support
- Follow up with patients after their procedure to monitor recovery and satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance for patient needs post-surgery.
- Service Excellence
- Act as the bridge between patients, doctors, and clinic staff to guarantee seamless communication.
- Resolve patient concerns promptly with professionalism and empathy.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in office software and patient management systems.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
