Job Description
- Achieve Sales Targets: Responsible for meeting the monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, offering solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure successful deal closures.
- Identify New Opportunities: Seek new sales opportunities in the market and work on attracting new clients.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure the delivery of products or services that meet customer expectations.
- Prepare Reports: Submit regular performance reports to senior management on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High ability to perform strategic market analysis.
