Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the foundation’s mission and goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the social media team to ensure high-quality content creation and consistent brand messaging.
- Oversee all social media accounts, ensuring timely, engaging, and accurate posts across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and program managers, to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and impact.
- Monitor trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activity to inform content and engagement strategies.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
- Develop crisis communication plans and manage reputation issues on social platforms.

Job Requirements
- 5-6 years of proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies for organizations or brands.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management.
- Ability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
