Job Description
The System Developer ensures the smooth operation of internal systems used in custom technical environments. They handle system maintenance, user support, and collaborate with technical teams to optimize performance and reliability. Strong knowledge of .NET, SQL Server, and IT infrastructure is essential.
Technical Skills
- Windows Server Management: User accounts, security settings, and performance monitoring.
- SQL Server Administration: Backups, tuning, query optimization, and permissions.
- Networking Basics: TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- .NET & Programming Fundamentals: Basic understanding for system architecture and issue diagnosis.
- Virtualization: Familiarity with VMware or Hyper-V environments.
Responsibilities
- System Maintenance: Performing routine system maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and security patching.
- User Support: Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems.
- User Account Management:Creating, managing, and maintaining user accounts and permissions.
- System Monitoring: Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues.
- Documentation: Creating and maintaining system documentation.
Job Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is often preferred, but relevant experience can sometimes substitute for formal education.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Database Administrator Associate, or certifications related to SQL Server, can demonstrate expertise and enhance credibility.
- Soft Skills Experience : Good communication - Problem-Solving - Team Collaboration
- Experience: 3 to 10 years - Steel Fabrication Knowledge (Preferred)
