Job Description
Lead and supervise utilities operation and maintain processes.
Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
Apply the PM plans as per manufacturer's recommendations.
Increase reliability of the equipment to reach zero down time related to utilities.
Daily Follow up for energy consumption and make gap analysis with action plan to achieve the targets.
Implement energy saving projects.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of workshop tools and machinery.
Job Requirements
Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role, with a proven track record in utilities and workshop management.
Previous experience in ( Boilers, Compressors - Air Dryers, Water Treatment, Pumps, Steam Networks - Steam Accessories, Energy Saving Projects)
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
